Course Description:
- Heavy Duty Leadership 2.0 is a five-day session held in the summer and consists of robust discussion and learning related to the challenges and opportunities confronting the heavyduty aftermarket.
- This learning experience includes a blend of industry research and market analysis, lively discussion and debate on the challenges confronting the industry, tactical leadership skill enhancement, competitive strategies, interpersonal communication skills, conflict resolution, organizational culture, insight into supply chain solutions, and evolving industry topics and trends.
- During the session, participants collaborate on a team project that will analyze aftermarket-specific leadership viewpoints. Teams then will present their projects at the end of the session and are judged by their class peers.
- The course is facilitated by Northwood faculty, senior aftermarket leaders, and distinguished Ph.D. graduate school instructors.
