We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must consume the product for 30 days. If you notice no positive difference in how you feel you are eligible for a refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your refund is accepted, you will see the amount refunded back to the account or card you used to purchase the product within 10 business days.

I have a complicated relationship with this product. I do enjoy it and I've gotten 4-5 of my family members to start taking it HOWEVER it is very expensive. On top of that, I really worry how much affect it actually has on the body. I mean yes I feel improvement (especially mentally), but part of me feels like this product might also be causing problems in my body. I've been breaking out like crazy which isn't normal for me and I really don't feel much of a difference after implementing the optimize vitamins.
I deal with inflammation and autoimmune. Since starting a little over a month ago my energy, mood have drastically improved along with no more brain fog and less pain. I won’t be without it, love it!
I am truly feeling a pickup in my well-being and energy.
I Like that they listen to feedback and do try new ways to naturally improve their product. It also helps that this company is in the USA and not only that they are in Texas so All Pros and no Cons for me..

Hate to complain but dropper doesn’t work great and when it gets on the lower side it barely gets any in the dropper

I have never taken any supplements before. As an older woman, my body feels more balanced and energetic—much needed. My thyroid is leveling out, and I no longer have blood pressure issues. This last order I got the fat supplements. I feel great. I enjoy mix them in my OJ every morning. Differently telling my nurse co workers.
